Any event where people need to find things: conventions, expos, trade shows, conferences, festivals, and gaming and comic conventions. Single-day and multi-day events both work.

Can attendees use an interactive map?

Yes. You build the floor in the map builder, assign booths to vendors, and attendees can explore the map, see booths and find locations from their phone.

Can vendors manage their own information?

Today, organizers manage vendor profiles: logo, description, website, socials and booth. You can add vendors one at a time or import a spreadsheet, and send vendor invoices from the platform.

Can schedules be updated during an event?

Yes. The editor saves as you go, and sessions are linked to rooms and booths on the map, so a change in the editor shows up in the attendee experience.

Can the experience use my event's branding?

Yes. You set your event logo, primary, secondary and accent colors, and a background image, and the attendee experience uses them.

Does Map My Expo support ticketing and check-in?

Yes. You can create ticket types, schedule promo codes for all or specific ticket types, sell through secure checkout, and check attendees in with QR codes.

How do I move an existing event into Map My Expo?
