1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Map My Expo (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your Account

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it current. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account; if you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission.

3. Event Organizers

Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and the lawful collection and handling of attendee data through events they create. Map My Expo provides tools but does not verify or endorse event content. Organizers are solely responsible for their events, including refunds, cancellations, and attendee communications.

4. Tickets and Payments

Ticket purchases are processed through our payment provider. By purchasing a ticket, you authorize us to charge the listed amount. Refunds are governed by the event organizer's refund policy unless otherwise required by law.

For events where Map My Expo processes payments on behalf of organizers, applicable fees are disclosed at the time of purchase. Pricing, taxes, and fees are shown before you confirm payment.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law; infringe the rights of others; upload or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable; interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; use the Service to transmit spam or unsolicited communications; or scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service or its data.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, such as event details, images, and descriptions. By submitting content, you grant Map My Expo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, use, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service for your events.

The Service, including its design, software, branding, and features, is owned by Map My Expo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.

7. Vendor and Sponsor Listings

Vendors and sponsors listed on the platform are responsible for the accuracy of their information and compliance with applicable laws. Map My Expo is not a party to agreements between organizers and vendors or sponsors and is not liable for their conduct or offerings.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Map My Expo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Map My Expo harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Map My Expo is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a different process is required by mandatory local law. You and Map My Expo agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally before initiating formal proceedings.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with the revised date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
